All orders placed through our website are shipped within 48 hours from when they are submitted and payment has been received. Excluding U.K national holidays & weekends.
Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of units that are integrated, along with the package weights. This then ensures that your order arrives in good condition.
We offer DPD classic tracked for delivery service to addresses within the UK and surrounding islands only. Delivery time on this service is generally up to 48 hours once the parcel is within the DPD network. However, Vape-Pig does not have any powers to ensure that this delivery time is guaranteed.
You maybe required to sign for your delivery on this service. If DPD are unable to deliver, your parcel may be returned to the depot. You will be left a card explaining where your parcel is and how you can rearrange delivery or collect your parcel in person.
If the delivery is not rearranged or collected in person from the depot, it will then be returned to our dispatch address.
DPD does not allow any claims procedure to begin before 28 days have passed from the date of shipping. Vape-Pig, will however, at our discretion, agree to take this problem away from our customers after 14 business days and at our discretion will re-send the missing products to you at no cost. Our company are acting in good faith and are providing this replacement service to save the customer the trouble of making a claim against the shipping company. This is to ensure our valued customers are offered the very highest level of service.
This is a tracked service, which will provide you with a tracking number. Along the way, there are 5 points where the parcel is scanned and up to date tracking information is available. Once the parcel is delivered, you will receive an online confirmation of delivery to an email address that you provide. This service can still take anywhere between 5–28 working days to arrive and is available to E.U and International addresses.
The maximum weight of one single order can be anything up to 2kg in one shipment. However, we do reserve the rights to split shipments if we feel that this makes the shipping process more efficient. Prices may vary.
Our e-liquids and parts are packaged as securely as possible (without incurring price increases). There is always a risk though that when posting liquids a leak could occur. If this happens please let us know within 48 hours of the shipment arriving so as we can resolve any issues as quickly as possible and have the damaged items replaced. This also applies to any other part that may be damaged on receipt.
Please note that we reserve the right to choose the method of shipping which we see most suitable if necessary, equivalent to the original chosen on the order originally.
